First Gen Feeler Values
I value cultural understanding, empowerment, and self-care, recognizing the importance of respecting diverse backgrounds and prioritizing personal well-being. I’m dedicated to fostering inner healing, helping clients break free from unhealthy generational patterns and past traumas. I encourage authenticity and growth, supporting individuals in embracing their true selves and making choices aligned with their values and goals. Compassion and empathy are central to my approach, as I strive to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for exploration and self-discovery. Maybe your parents did not have this opportunity in healing, but you deserve the space to explore yours. Together we can not only just survive but also be present while you thrive.
Fees & Policies
Rate: $200 per 50 min therapy session.
Billing: I am an in-network provider with Aetna and offer superbills for clients seeking out-of-network reimbursement.
Benefit of Private Pay: this choice allows me to provide more personalized care without the constraints and limitations often imposed by insurance companies. Many clients prefer not to have their mental health care controlled by their insurance companies. They want the freedom to choose their therapist and the duration of their therapy without needing to justify it with a diagnosable mental health issue to their insurance. While therapy is a confidential space, some clients prefer to exclude their insurance company from the process entirely.
Payment: All major credit cards, check, HSA and FSA cards are accepted for your convenience. Payment is due the day of your session and processed automatically through secure booking software.
Cancellation Policy: I ask that all clients give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule our session. Otherwise you will be charged the full session fee. Since your appointments involve the reservation of time specifically for you, and out of respect for your therapist and our other clients, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling or canceling an appointment. We appreciate more than 24-hour notice when possible, as we can then make that time available to other clients. Therefore, if you should know before the required 24-hour notice that you will not be able to attend our session, PLEASE call or text regarding the cancellation, so that we have time to fill your slot and can put another client in your space that may need it. The more time, the better for the therapist and other clients who are in need.
